“Performance isn’t defined by age. It’s defined by what you’re capable of doing when your body has the support it needs.”
Every week we meet people tired of temporary fixes. At Meridian we don’t just help you feel better, we build a plan to keep you that way.

If you’re stuck in the cycle of pain, treatment and temporary relief, watch this before you book. Chris explains exactly why that happens and what Meridian does differently.
Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, we follow a structured four-stage framework, giving every patient a clear plan, not just an appointment.

Understand the person, not just the symptoms. Your goals, history, lifestyle and what may be contributing to the problem.

Reduce pain, restore movement and rebuild confidence. For many clinics this is where the journey ends. For Meridian it begins.

Build the strength, stability and load tolerance needed to maintain improvement. The step most clinics skip.

Stay active, capable and progressing, whether that’s sport, work, family or simply life without limitations.

Your assessment is about more than identifying where it hurts. We want to understand the full picture.

We work with people at every stage, from acute pain to long-term performance. Whatever your starting point, we build a plan around your goals.
Neck pain, back tension and postural problems built up from hours at a screen.
Staying mobile, strong and independent matters more as we age, not just managing decline.
Training for performance or clearing a recurring niggle, back to doing what you love.
Surgery is the start, not the finish. Structured rehabilitation that restores function and confidence.
When life is full-on and your body starts to protest, on top of it efficiently, no revolving door.
Told to just live with it? Tried everything and nothing lasted? We work differently.
From recurring niggles to race-day readiness, keeping you on the road, pain-free.
Performance without pain. The freedom to swing, lift and train at your level.
Every patient is different. These are the outcomes that happen when assessment, treatment and progression work together.
“Performance isn’t defined by age. It’s defined by what you’re capable of doing when your body has the support it needs.”
“She describes herself as feeling like a completely different person compared to when she first arrived.”
“Not simply recovering from a problem. But continuing to move forward despite it.”
