Terms & Conditions
The terms below describe how we work together, our cancellation policy and the basis on which appointments are booked at Meridian Massage & Bodywork. By booking an appointment you agree to these terms.
Bookings & deposits
Appointments are confirmed once the deposit (or full payment for an Initial Assessment) has been received. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Cancellation policy
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may be charged at the full rate. Late arrival may shorten your session.
Health & safety
Please let us know about any relevant health conditions, medications, recent surgeries or pregnancies in advance of your appointment. We may decline or modify treatment where clinically appropriate.
