Treatment Pricing Update at Meridian
We’re writing to let our patients know about some upcoming changes to treatment pricing at Meridian Massage & Bodywork.
From 5th October 2026, updated prices will apply to new treatment purchases with Chris and Natasha.
We’ve given advance notice so that existing patients have time to understand the changes, plan ahead and, if they wish, purchase additional treatment at current package prices before the new pricing takes effect.
Most importantly:
Any treatment you have already purchased is unaffected.
Existing package credits/vouchers remain valid and will be honoured as normal. There is no additional charge to use treatment you have already paid for.
Chris – new treatment pricing
From 5th October 2026, Chris’s prices will be:

*15-minute Adjustments are only offered where appropriate and where they suit the treatment and appointment schedule.
Package pricing continues to reward patients who are able to commit to a course of treatment, while PAYG remains available for those who prefer greater flexibility.
Chris’s monthly subscription
The existing monthly subscription will change from £95 to £110 per month.
Anyone who is currently on subscription will be emailed personally to advise on these changes.
The subscription includes 1 x Bodywork+Adjustment credit each month and is generally offered to established patients who have completed a course of treatment or who want regular ongoing treatment as an alternative to PAYG.
Subscription is designed for regular treatments. Credits can be banked and used when needed. Two credits can be combined for an Extended Bodywork+Adjustment appointment (60-minute), and credits can also be gifted to somebody else.
Subscriptions can be cancelled with one month’s notice. If you build up six or more unused credits, please speak to us if you would like to pause your subscription.

The package options provide a lower treatment rate for patients committing to a course of care, while PAYG appointments remain available where appropriate.
Natasha’s monthly subscriptions
Natasha offers 2 monthly subscriptions as an alternative to PAYG or for ongoing treatment following completion of a treatment plan:
1 x Bodywork+Adjustment credit = £90 /month
And
1 x Extended Bodywork+Adjustment credit = £180 /month

What happens to packages and credits I already have?
Nothing changes.
If you already have prepaid treatment credits with Chris or Natasha, they remain valid at the price you originally paid.
You can continue booking and using those credits as normal after the new prices come into effect.
The new prices apply only to new purchases from 5th Oct 2026 onwards.
Can I purchase treatment before the prices change?
Yes, and we encourage it.
We want existing patients to have the opportunity to plan ahead rather than having the new pricing arrive without warning.
Until 5th Oct 2026, existing patients can purchase additional treatment packages at our current prices.
The booking system which takes PAYG bookings online will allow for booking up to 3 months in advance. You can book as many as you’d like if you use PAYG.
Advance purchases in blocks will be limited to a maximum of two blocks per patient, equivalent to no more than 24 × Bodywork treatment credits or 12 x Extended Bodywork treatment credits or totalling 12 hours of treatment.
If you know you are likely to need/continue treatment over the coming months, this gives you an opportunity to secure future treatment at the current package rate before the new pricing begins.

Why are our prices changing?
Our treatment prices have remained unchanged for 3 years, while the costs of providing care and running the clinic have continued to increase. We don’t like to keep having to increase prices every year like some clinics do, so we don’t expect to do it again anytime soon.
We have also taken the opportunity to review how we structure our clinical time.
Good treatment isn’t simply about fitting the maximum possible number of appointments into a day. Our working days need to allow the time required to assess patients properly, provide individual care, design movement plans, complete clinical and administrative work and keep the clinic running effectively.
Updating our pricing allows us to continue providing the standard of care and attention we want our patients to receive while supporting the long-term sustainability of the clinic and our team.
What do I need to do?
If you already have treatment credits, you don’t need to do anything. Simply continue using them as normal. If you’d like to stock up on more before 5th Oct 2026 – let us know.
If you are currently PAYG, you can continue booking PAYG treatment under the new pricing once it takes effect. We encourage you book a few treatments at current rates before 5th Oct 2026.
If you regularly use the PAYG system and would like to set up a monthly subscription to take advantage of the savings, please get in touch and we’ll set that up.
If you know you are likely to require further treatment, you may wish to purchase a package at the current prices before 5th Oct 2026, subject to the advance-purchase limit above. Get in touch and we’ll set that up for you.
